Gunstock Acres Trust Services

Beneficiaries (or members) of the Gunstock Acres Common Property Trust who are in good standing, that is, all dues and fees are paid up-to-date, are able to use the following services:

• Beach (See Beach Rules )
• Beach house, with changing rooms and bathroom facilities
• Tennis courts (2)
• Baseball field
• Basketball court
• Mooring Field with dock ( GACPT has been issued 42 moorings by the State of New Hampshire which are awarded on a first-come basis from a waiting list. See “Moorings” for more information.)
• Picnic tables (beach)
• Charcoal cooking grills (beach)
• Small boat storage units (limited number, 48″ maximum width, first-come, first-served)
• Boat launch for small boats (dinghies, canoes, kayaks, etc.). Larger boats can be launched at Gilford town docks.
